Why is the role of Technical Consultant important?

The Technical Consultant is a role which requires a mixture of business, sales, and technical ability. A successful candidate is a result driven individual who operates with a sense of humor when under pressure, can understand and communicate technical concepts, and enjoys selling / dealing with people. This individual must be able to work with little supervision and take initiative to hunt down a resource when they need to find answers or solve problems. This role supports the sales team by conceptualizing business models and building customized product demonstrations that position relevant value propositions.

Key responsibilities:

* Technical support of the sales process
* Business and technical negotiations with Customers, assesses customer needs and scopes the technical solution required to customer requirements
* Acting as technical expert in Customer presentations
* Collaborating with the Headquarters and colleagues from other countries. Participation in joint projects with colleagues from other offices.
.* Technical, post-sales support of Customers.

* * Experience with SMS, OTT solutions, CD and CPaaS
* Experience in sales technical support or in the field of technical sales in a SaaS company
* Serious engineering experience or a great passion to work in the field of IT and technology
* API experience
* High level of self-organization and ability to build productive interaction with remote teams
* Positive, service-oriented personality
Skills in conducting business negotiations, as well as technical negotiations
* Good written and oral communication
* Fluent English
